Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. With the tracking number you can trace through 'www.pos.com.my'.
RETURN POLICIES:
- Unfortunately Returns, Exchanges and Refunds cannot be accommodated. However, we will only accept returns from customers for incorrect and defected items delivered within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
- You will need to bear the cost of the return postage fee and take full responsibility of the product damage/loss of during the return shipping.
- Please be aware that items can only be returned and exchanged if items are not worn, washed or altered,official receipt and all of the tags intact.
